New FIFA Referees' Committee

FIFA has made two significant changes in their Referees' Committee: Angel Maria Villar Llona from Spain has resigned for still unknown reasons as well as Belgian Michel D’Hooghe who was the deputy chairman in charge of competitions.

New President of the Committee is Jim Boyce (photo) from Northern Ireland who is vice-president of the FIFA Executive committee and was the IFA president from 1995 to 2007.
Jilong Zhang from China PR remains the only deputy chairman and Worawi Makudi from Thailand is added as a member.

This is the new committee:
